Verhuren.nl grew out of frustration: anyone renting out a home or room has to post the same ad on five different sites and then keep track of five inboxes. That could be simpler, we thought.

Since 2024 we've been building one central place for landlords, from Groningen. You enter your property once, choose your platforms and publish in one click. Every reply comes back in one clear inbox — whether you're an agent with a hundred properties or a private landlord with one studio.

Free, and it stays that way

Verhuren.nl is completely free to use. No subscriptions, no cost per listing. We believe the rental market works better when everyone — large and small — can use the same professional tools.
